As if it wasn’t enough that Aldi was bringing back its inflatable hot tub this year, the supermarket chain is about to make summer even better with its latest luxury beverage.
Beginning next month, Aldi shoppers will be able to get their hands on a flavourful gin with a difference.

Concocted by Small Batch Distilling, the Infusionist violet shimmer infused gin liqueur will go on sale in UK Aldi stores from April 26.
The Infusionist violet gin liqueur promises the sharp taste of Mother’s Ruin combined with the evocative flavour of parma violet sweets.

To make things 100% more fabulous, the violet gin comes in a shimmery, glittery purple.
The parma violets gin is only Aldi’s latest fancy infusion drink. Last summer, the German-based retailer started selling a passionfruit gin liqueur, also from The Infusionist Small Batch Gin Co.

This year, along with its parma violet gin, Aldi will also introduce a coconut and vanilla rum, mango and papaya vodka and a rhubarb, pink grapefruit and black pepper gin.
Gin-lovers will be able to buy Aldi’s Infusionist violet shimmer gin for £9.99 per 50cl bottle, from April 26.
