The 16 Worst Celebrity Waxworks Of All Time

You know the feeling. You sidle up to your favourite celebrity, put your arm around them, maybe even talk to them, whilst at the same time getting your friend or family member to take a photo of the two of you together.

Ok, so you’re never really going to get close to David Beckham or Prince William, but waxworks are the next best thing. They allow us to make all kinds of inappropriate poses (yes you down the back, we know you touched Beyonce’s bottom), without any fear of being pulled away by a security guard or bouncer.

But along with the brilliantly life-like waxworks also come some absolute shockers; hideously monstrous creations that look nothing like the person they’re meant to represent. And the following list contains 16 of the all time worst.

You may notice that the location ‘Louis Tussauds House of Wax, Great Yarmouth’ appears rather alot in this list, which is understandable seeing that they have a reputation for producing some of the worst waxworks of all time.

Louis Tussauds House of Wax achieved cult status with thousands of visitors, but only because none of the models looked like the people they were supposed to represent. Owners Jane and Peter Hayes sadly recently closed the attraction after 50 years, although the entire collection was purchased by an overseas buyer. For what reason we can only begin to imagine…
