10 Facts About Back To The Future That You Had No Idea About

This was an epic movie took us back in time by accident in a time machine in which the main character had to figure out how to get ‘Back To The Future’ before everything was lost!  However, even though we think we know everything about this movie, we are still surprised when we find out something new.  Let’s take a look at some facts that you didn’t even know about:

1. No one was interested!

This script was rejected over 40 times by all the major studios.  Hard to believe!

2. Richard M. Nixon’s alma mater.

The school used in this film is Whittier High in California.

3. Before the DeLorean.

The time machine was going to be a laser device in a room. They had an entire plot about it!

4. Doc Brown had a pet Chimp.

5. Burger King flat.

The garage was a flat that was located next door to a Burger King restaurant on Victory Boulevard. It was free to film there.

6. Part 2 – Lorraine and Doc.

Lorraine speaks to Doc after she followed Marty to his house.  This was the first time the two had ever spoken on camera even though they had been involved in five movies and one TV movie together in the past.

7. Doc was too tall.

They made him hunch over in this movie because of the height difference between him and Marty.
