Will Smith And Martin Lawrence Have Reportedly Signed Up To Two More ‘Bad Boys’ Films

If you were a fan of this action comedy back in the 90s then you will be thrilled to know that it’s not over! The first movie featured the professional lives of these two buddy cops and it came out in 1995. The movie starred Will Smith and Martin Lawrence as Miami detectives in the narcotics division who were about to make their biggest drug bust ever! Afterward, they suspected that the whole thing was an inside job when their recently confiscated heroin was taken from their station headquarters. They were given 5 days to investigate before the narcotics division that they worked in was shut down. Needless to say, they were anxious to solve the case!

This first, successful movie was followed by a sequel which came out in 2003 and it was also well received.

Now, they intend to reprise their roles with the addition of ‘The A-Team’ director, Joe Carnahan instead of Bad Boy’s previous director, Michael Bay. However the original producer, Jerry Bruckheimer, is returning to the two new films!

The 3rd installment of this movie was originally set to be released in June 2017 but the release date was pushed back by Sony until January of the following year, 2018. Regardless, this news is met with much anticipation!

They have signed a contract to do two more Bad Boy films and we can’t wait!

They played the characters Marcus Burnett and Mike Lowrey and it won’t be long until the two regale us with their humor and friendship once again in order to continue this action packed franchise that the fans apparently can’t get enough of. Therefore, there is much to look forward to and until then, you should watch the first two movies to prepare yourself for what will eventually come!
